Catering Terms and Conditions

In order to avoid problems and to make your event more enjoyable, we’ve developed a set of terms and conditions for our catering service. Please read them thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions.


A deposit is required at the time the catering is contracted to insure the date and time of your function. A 50% deposit is required at the time the party is contracted. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash ,checks, or credit cards.. A 3% charge will be added for Credit Card charges over $500.00 Guest Count Guarantee Final attendance counts must be confirmed within a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled party.

Confirmation should be made to Harley & Buck’s Catering by phone at (801) 745-2060. The number of guests confirmed will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction. If a confirmation is not received by Harley & Buck’s Catering, the number of guests indicated on the original contract will be considered confirmed and guaranteed. The minimum number of people we charge for is based on adult attendance.


A final payment less the deposit will be will be due 24 hours prior to your event.

Menu Selection

The menu selection will be based off of our Catering Menu, Party Platter Menu, Box Lunch Menu, Fish Fry, Crawfish Boil, Crab Boil, Shrimp Boil and of course, if there are any specialty menus prepared by you & the catering staff.

Service Staff

Our catering servers will set up, serve and clean after your party for a minimum charge of $67.50 per caterer plus tax which covers the first three hours of service (one hour of set-up, two hours of service). Each additional hour is charged at a rate of $22.50 per caterer. (Two (2) servers minimum)

Bartender Staff

Our bartenders are required when we provide the alcohol to ensure the safety of your guests. We reserve the right to slow or cease services as needed The bartender’s fee is $75.00 plus tax for the first three hours and $22.50 for each additional hour thereafter.
